Exotic and unusual ingredients: where to buy them

It's all well and good knowing about these ingredients but where can you buy them? If you have any ethnic shops in your area they may well stock some of these items. Supermarkets are also increasingly carrying more unusual spices and other ingredients, Waitrose and Sainsbury's in particular.
