Delia's Classic Christmas Cake Kits have been flying off the shelves this year, and we have had great feedback from Delia Online members who have already made theirs. But we discovered there are some nervous novices out there who still aren't convinced that the cake is as easy to make as it is.

Now the Delia Online team love a challenge, but we thought, how can we prove it really is as easy as, well... cake to make? We came up with the perfect answer. Find someone who doesn't bake, has never even thought of making a cake (let alone a Christmas one), oh and preferably someone who NEVER follows a recipe. Who could possibly fit the bill?
