Hard to believe that Delia has been the nation's favourite cook for four decades, but it's true! Food and cooking have seen massive changes, moving from retro pub grub through nouvelle cuisine to global gastronomy and an increasing interest in sourcing and seasonality. During 2009 we'll be adding info about exciting new events, books, TV, plus an archive of press information too. So keep any eye on it for the latest developments...
