Hi Gerry,
Nothing at all, just looked them up after ordering some of their bread improver on e-bay.
Just googled them again and here's the ingredient list I promised to post.

Ingredients;
Whey powder, dextrose, Soya flour, emulsifier (e472e), vegetable oil, flour treatment agent (e300 vitamin C) (e920),enzyme

Just looked at the thread again Gerry and see what you mean.
I added the e-mail address at the bottom of my reply without stating that's where to look for more information.
As for work, all I can say is the interview went well yesterday afternoon, will have to wait and see if I get through to the next stage.
