A follow-on to my post earlier this week... The snow has melted and I finally made my egg and cress sandwiches, with home-made mayo! Delicious! All my six lambs are out running in the meadow, with their Mums. Maybe spring is on its way! Enjoy your day, all of you on Delia!

Oh per-lease. I lurrrve egg and cress sandwiches. Lovely for tea. But I like my egg mixed with salad cream (yes I know it's naff, but that's all we had when I was knee high to a grasshopper). Yum.
I keep salad cream in solely for my chip butties!
Not the same at all with mayo :-)))
