Has anyone got a tried and tested recipe for an Indian Curry?
I'd like it to be as authentic as possible but I have one problem - I don't have an electric food grinder or processer.
I've had a look in the recipe section at memebers recipes but I'd like one that's recommended?
Or - who's profile should I look at for the best curries? is Krish still around?
Have a look at Sam's profile, there's loads of curry recipes there.
I have one in my profile which might fit the bill.

Hi, I've made Krish's Lamb shank rogan josh (?) a few times, delishus and I'm slowly working my way through Sam's curries. Especially enjoying the chicken with spinach and lentils at the moment and looking forward to making the lamb marinated in yoghurt , also made a couple of times, in a few weeks when the weather turns cooler.

Aha, I'll check yours out too TC. I'm really enjoying curries these days
Hello, where will I find the chicken with spinach and lentils recipe? It sounds lovely
thanks - sam certainly has a lot of recipes - think i'm going to try the lamb rogan josh. sounds yummy!
Hi, Mild Chicken Curry with lentils, Sam's recipe. I can't buy red lentils here so I use blonde ones.
Go to 'Your Recipes' and type in as above. Tis another lovely one.

oooo....My name is in LIGHTS.
you will also find in my profile, I have my own curry powder recipes, and also curry paste recipes.
I actually made my Chicken Jalfrezi this time last week, and i forgot how wonderful it is, and its re-ignited my OH taste for my currys again - you can have too much of a good thing apparently, but i would be happy to make a curry every day!
you can once signed in, click on picture of chillies and it will take you to my profile page with my recipes, you will have to trawl through as they are hickeldy piggeldy with other things like jam recipes etc.
Do let me know what you try if you do attempt one of mine....Oh there is one curry recipe called Sam's basic/chicken curry (i think) this was my first ever curry i created, its fairly mild, and if you like it, you can increase the "heat" by adding more chilli for example.

you can still access Krishnamurti's profile...he has some delicious ones too.
