I used to collect these magazines in the 80's but must have thrown them away. I am looking for a particular Spanish rice dish called Arroz con Pollo. Can anyone help? I've googled others but it is the Supercook version which I am after.

I live in Spain. There are a number of "arroces" i.e. rice dishes. One version of Arroz con Pollo is similar to paella without the seafood - Just chicken, rice, red pepper and herbs/spices. The better the stock the better the dish. Marks & Spencers do a good chicken stock in a plastic pouch.

Do you know if the supercook hardback series is the same as the magazine Lin? I have that collection so can get you the recipe if you think it's the same one you are looking for.
