I have been asked by my best friend to make wedding cupcakes for next Saturday and I cannot find gold foil cupcases that are deep enough can anyone help?can you sense my panic!! I need ones that are about 4cms deep, and all the ones I have seen on websites seem to be shallower, at 3cms or 3.5cms. Does anyone make wedding cupcakes who can advise me? My friend wants white icing and pink sugar rose buds, as seen on the Apprentice!! Also, dear Rita, thanks so much for your sponge recipe - it's beautiful, never fails, and tastes fab

I have found these cases, but they are for muffins so they maybe too wide;

Blimey challen, she has not given you much notice has she. I made 150 cupcakes for a wedding last weekend but used silver cases from Lakeland (they turned out briliiant if I do say so myself!) - not sure if they do gold . The cases were larger than a fairy cake case but small than a muffin case if that makes sense! I found they were very good quality and would definately use them again. Hope this helps. Have just checked with Lakeland and they do gold cases as well.

thankyou all so very much, sorry its taken me ages to reply, I got them from cakes cookies and crafts shop and a sweet little shop online called blue ribbon. Cakes were a huge hit!! wish I could [post a pic but not sure how to!!
