Hi all
I saw this recipe on come dine with me which every one raved thought was really yummy but it say's to put in a hot oven for 45 mins.
What would you class as a hot oven (I have fan assisted)
I thought that it may be about 180 or 200 but not sure.
I would like to cook this tomorrow for friends so any advice would be great .

Limonchello, I'd say 200 °C (but as you have a fan oven, perhaps 180°C will do).

200 °C is usually classed as hot, like Anushka said. I have a fan oven aswell and when something says 200 °C or very hot i put my oven to 180 °C

There aren't many things want a hot oven for fortyfive mins, I would put it at 180 in your fan oven and keep an eye on it :-)))
