Hello everyone
Am going to make the Ragu sauce for tea but I cannot get any minced pork anywhere. In freezer I have either extra minced beef or sausage meat. Which shall I use? Any ideas?

would use the beef, sausage would add other flavors.

I use the pork meat in sauasages in my ragu. Infinitely better than just using extra beef.
