First I made her La Potee (French farmhouse soup with bacon, sausage and beans) - absolutely yummy (it's here on the site as is the next one) which was marinated pork with coriander (using crushed coriander seeds rather than fresh coriander.) Again, yummy, can well recommend both recipes and they are very definitely make agains.
