Marigold Swiss Vegetable Bouillon is available from major supermarkets and, due to being a dry ingredient, has a good shelf life. You can also find it in Polish shops where it has the brand name Vegeta, but is more or less the same thing.

This is without doubt an ingredient that has revolutionised modern cooking.

Before Marigold you had to either make your own stock or resort to the dreaded chemically flavoured cube. Fresh stock can now be bought in supermarkets, but it's expensive.
