It's Christmas of course, so let's enjoy turkey, clementines, game, greens and celery, as well as dates, nuts, figs and pomegranates
December's a great month for chestnuts, pomegranates, walnuts, leafy green veg and wonderful cheeses such as Vacherin Mont d'Or, not forgetting cranberries and dates to liven up the fruit bowl and your festive cooking! On the home-grown front, how about curly kale, horseradish, quinces and Jerusalem artichokes, all good in December.
