Rhubarb and purple sprouting broccoli are still flying the flag, but it's a good time for pineapple and bananas too, as well as mussles and oil fish.
Wild salmon, purple sprouting broccoli, mussels, sea trout and carrots all come into their own in March. Of course, Seville oranges, purple sprouting broccoli, green veg and roots are still packed with flavour... and rhubarb should be increasingly available.
