Cooks' Question

I need to find the recipe that Delia did in one of her books a few years ago which was Chicken wrapped in Parma Ham, in a very rich Marsala sauce, with Boursin cheese in the middle or something like that!

There was a recipe in The Sainsbury's Magazine January 1998 called Chicken Breasts with Boursin and Bacon but it has no Marsala sauce with it and it wasn't written by Delia. Alternatively Delia has written a recipe in her Winter Collection cookbook called Chicken Breasts with Wild Mushroom and Bacon Stuffing and Marsala Sauce however this does not include Boursin cheese.
