Baco Foil competition: terms and conditions

The competition runs from 16 November 2009 until 6 December 2009 inclusive. There are three prizes, each consisting of a hamper packed full of luxury Christmas nibbles (contents at the discretion of the sponsor), a £20 cheque for a British turkey, British Turkey apron, and a supply of Baco® products. The winners will be picked at random from the competition entries. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK. The winner will be notified after 6 December 2009 and their names will be posted on the site. By entering the promotion, the entrant agrees to the terms of the privacy policy. In addition, Delia Online may pass your information to the promoters and their data processors. However, we always demand that those parties adhere to the same security procedures as we follow ourselves. These instructions form part of the rules and acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry. No cash alternative will be given, nor is the prize transferable. No purchase is necessary. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or misplaced entries; incomplete entries will be disregarded. One entry per individual will be entered into the prize draw.
