This is great as a starter (but only serve one half) or great as a light lunch
This soup is one of my mother's, however, I have changed it a little due to being a vegetarian - my mother adds chicken and bacon in hers.

IIdeal or main course vegetarin starter
Kiwi Fruit blended with thick Greek Yogurt and a little Honey . Serve with a fresh basil leaf garnish
