smoked salmon and asparagus starter

I provide some extra salmonasparagus for those who like to eat more.

 
 
 
 

Ingredients

,, * 2 asparagus spears per person, * 2 smallish slices smoked salmon per person, * French dressing (I use lime juice honey and olive oil), * Watercress or parsley to decorate,,

Method

Make dressing. Steam asparagus; immerse in dressing until cold. Wrap salmon around asparagus. Decorate, serve, eat with fingers (provide napkins).
