Serves 6-8, on any good bread or toast.
Ingredients
,, * 8oz chicken livers, * 6oz dairy free (I used Pure organic from Waitrose), * 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic, * 2 tbs fresh herbs finely chopped, * Seasoning: scant tsp sea salt black pepper to taste, * 1 tbs spirit (I used sloe gin),,,,
Method
Melt some of the Pure, add the livers and garlic and simmer very gently until it's easily crushed. Add the spirit, seasoning, herbs and the rest of the Pure. When the Pure has melted, whizz briefly a few times. Chill overnight.Recipe images are not uploaded yet.
