Stuffed garlic mushrooms

Delicious as a starter with crusty bread (lots of juice) or as a side dish



4 large flat mushrooms,4oz breadcrumbs,1 tablespoon oil,2oz finely grated cheese,4 cloves garlic crushed,1 shallot,1 teasp chopped parsley


detach stalks from mushrooms and finally chop
Chop shallot
Heat oil in frying pan
Saute chopped mushroom stalks, breadcrumbs, onion and garlic until well cooked
Stir in parsley and cheese
Stuff mushrooms with filling
Bake in oven 8-10 mins until golden brown and mushrooms are cooked
