Roasted Red Pepper Soup

Ingredients

Red Pepper Soup,,3 Peppers.,1 onion.,½ garlic clove.,1 pint vegetable stock.,1 tablespoon Worcester sauce.,,,

Method

Heat oil in a pan and sweat the onions.
Grill peppers until blistered, place in a covered bowl until cool.

When the peppers are cool, peel and add to onions and other ingredients. Bring to the boil, simmer for 10 minutes, whiz with a blender.
