Raw Carrot and Almond Soup

A fresh and vital raw soup, packed with nutrients - and a lot tastier than you might think.

 
 
 
 

Ingredients

½ cup almonds, soaked 8-12 hours, 1½ cups carrot juice, , 1 small clove garlic, chopped finely, 2 tsp chopped parsley, 1 tsp soy sauce, Squeeze of lemon juice, Alfalfa sprouts, Handful of corn,

Method

Blend carrot juice and almonds thoroughly., , Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Season with a litle white or black pepper if desired., , Garnish with alfalfa sprouts and corn.
