This is easy to make & even easier to set. If you want extra taste in the jam put all the peel , & cores in a muslin & suspend in the pan while the fruit is cooking.remove before you add the sugar.You can also add a couple of apples to the
MethodPeel , & core the quince.Usually this fruit is hard so sometimes you are best to grate them. Put in the pan with the water , & simmer until the fruit is soft.At this stage remove the muslin bag if using, add the sugar , & heat slowly until the sugar is dissolved.Quince jam usually sets very fast.
