Pumpkin soup

Place a few cherry tomatoes in a soup bowl Pour the soup over and garhish with chives
Ingredients
6 cups of peeled pumpkin cubed,3 leeks chopped,1 litre vegetable stock,1 tsp salt,1/4 tsp pepper,zest and juice of one lime,pinch cayenne pepper,250ml cream,6-8 cherry tomatoes,

Saute pumpkin and leek for 5 minsAdd stock
Cook till vegetables are soft
Puree in blender till smooth
Add cream, salt and pepper, lime juice, zest and cayenne
