Serve in hot bowls, with some nice bread. This soup has a lovely colour, and if you add a swirl of cream on the top it looks even better. I have added coconut milk, and that added another dimension. Enjoy
MethodMelt butter and soften onion, garlic & chilli. Add peas, stir and add hot stock. Simmer for approx 8 mins, add coriander. Blend and serve
