Pea Soup

Serve in hot bowls, with some nice bread. This soup has a lovely colour, and if you add a swirl of cream on the top it looks even better. I have added coconut milk, and that added another dimension. Enjoy
Ingredients
2 oz Butter,5 oz Onion chopped,2 Garlic cloves crushed,1 Green Chilli chopped and deseeded if preferred,Handful of chopped Coriander,1.5 Pints of hot stock (Marigold),1lb Frozen Peas,S & P
Method
Melt butter and soften onion, garlic & chilli. Add peas, stir and add hot stock. Simmer for approx 8 mins, add coriander. Blend and serveRecipe images are not uploaded yet.
