Ingredients

BUNCH OF FRESH BASIL,250ML CRÈME FRAICHE,500G FRESH TAGLIATELLE OR FETTUCCINE,125G FRESHLY GRATED PARMESAN,

Method

Whiz the basil in a processor along with most of the parmesan saving some for topping. Add the crème fraiche and process til blended. Place the creamy basil in a large bowl in which you will serve the pasta. Cook the pasta in salted water then drain. Add to the bowl, stir well, then
