Leave to cool then blitz in food processor

Mushroom Pate

Great as bruschetta or on crusty bread
Ingredients
4 tablespoons olive oil,1 chopped onion,3 garlic cloves crushed,1 lb button mushrooms,1/2 oz dried porcini mushrooms (soaked for 30mins then drained)
Method
Heat oil in frying pan and fry onion and garlic for 5 mins or until softAdd mushrooms and porcini. Cook for 10 mins until most of liquid has been absorbed
Leave to cool then blitz in food processor
Season with salt and pepper
