Kiwi and Tuna Star

IIdeal or main course vegetarin starter
Ingredients
small tin tuna 1 spring onion
2 level tbs mayonnaise 4 kiwi fruit
2 level tbs natural yogurt salt & peppe
red & yellow choped peppers
paprika pepper lemon slices
cucumber slices
Method
Drain tuna mix with mayonnaise & yogurt.Add finely sliced onion and seasoning .
Peel kiwi arrange in star shape spoon tuna mix in centre garnish with cucumber, lemon &dust with paprika pepper
Top with red & yellow pepper
