Deep Fried Brie

I serve as a starter for a meal with a side salad and crusty bead.

 
 
 
 

Ingredients

Brie Plain flour Seasoning I egg Golden Breadcrumbs

Method

Cut brie onto required sizes per person.
Season flour.
Roll brie in flour.
Then dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs, repeat egg and breadcumbs twice.
Deep fry for about 2 minutes.
