Serve at once.



450g crabmeat,1 tsp mustard powder ,2 tsp Worcestershire sauce,1 tbsp mayonnaise,1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley,1 egg yolk,4 tbsp Mr.Crumb breadcrumbs plus additional crumbs for coating,30g butter


1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, except for the butter
2. Shape the mixture into eight individual crabcakes using your hands.
3. Tip the additional coating breadcrumbs onto a plate. Dip each crabcake into the breadcrumbs until completely covered.
4. Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the crabcakes to the pan. (You may need to cook them in batches). Fry them until they are crisp and golden-brown.
