Crabcakes

Serve at once.
Ingredients
450g crabmeat,1 tsp mustard powder ,2 tsp Worcestershire sauce,1 tbsp mayonnaise,1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley,1 egg yolk,4 tbsp Mr.Crumb breadcrumbs plus additional crumbs for coating,30g butter
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, except for the butter2. Shape the mixture into eight individual crabcakes using your hands.
3. Tip the additional coating breadcrumbs onto a plate. Dip each crabcake into the breadcrumbs until completely covered.
