Chunky Smoked Mackerel Pate

I like to serve it with toasted pieces of french bread.



Serves 2 (easily doubled to serve 4),,250g smoked mackerel strips skinned and flaked,142ml tub soured cream (healthy option 1/2 fat creme fraiche),4 teaspoons horseradish,bunch spring onions trimmed and finely chopped.,Seasoning,


In a mixing bowl, stir in the following:
smoked flaked mackerel
soured cream
Horseradish sauce
Chopped spring onions
salt and pepper to taste

Combine well and press into an appropriate dish for pate.
Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
