Bruschetta Aglio ed Olio

Cooking Time: 10 min Wine: Soave Corte Giacobbe, Dal Cero



Italian bread 1 slice each 4 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil Fresh garlic 4 cloves Salt and pepper to taste


Toast the Italian bread (or french bread split lengthwise) preferably over charcoal until golden, rub all over with a garlic clove, season with plenty of extra virgin olive oil, salt to taste.
