Asparagus Benedict

A lovely indulgent breakfast. Serves 1



- 4ish rashers of bacon,- 1 English muffin,- 8ish spears of asparagus,- 2 tbs hollandaise,- mustard


cook asparagus as desired
- cut muffin in half and lightly toast
- gently steam asparagus
- spread a tiny amount of mustard over cut side of muffin halves.
- top each muffin half with bacon, asparagus and top with hollandaise
