A great way for all the gardeners to use up their excess courgettes! Living in Yemen the markets are full of lovely honey coloured courgettes and I made this soup often. I haven't tried it with green courgettes but am sure it would work.

Serves 4 I've had this recipe for so long its typed on quarto paper! Really nice and freezes very well.
These crabcakes are extremely tasty. Prepertion time is less than 30 mins and cooking time is approx. 20 mins.
As several of you know I use quite of bit of Alpro products in my cooking. I was always wary of the taste but trust me you can't tell the difference. I can't say the same for the products in their natural state but cooked into food they are a brill
