Can be made as one whole quiche, perfect for lunch/anytime with salad, or as mini tart as a starter. I prefer to use a deep 8" tin.

This is a lovely warm soup which I make with the leftovers from carving pumpkins.  It is tasty and low fat! I have this on cold days with a seeded roll for lunch. 

This quantity will make 4-6 portions.
