I bought some shop made salmon and trout pate and thought I could do better, this is the result.
I like to serve this light starter before Christmas meal.
This recipe comes from Chef de Cuisine Layers of smoked salmon and spinach mixed with cream cheese and butter are molded and chilled. This dish may be prepared a day or day in advance. Serves 8

Great during the cold months...
This is a lovely warm soup which I make with the leftovers from carving pumpkins. It is tasty and low fat! I have this on cold days with a seeded roll for lunch.
This quantity will make 4-6 portions.
