Sardine Pate

An easy, quick and delicious pate made out of basic storecupboard ingredients. Sardines have loads of calcium and essential omega fatty acids too. Note that half a tin of sardines is equal to a portion of calicium.

This recipe comes from Chef de Cuisine Layers of smoked salmon and spinach mixed with cream cheese and butter are molded and chilled. This dish may be prepared a day or day in advance. Serves 8
