I have tried all manner of mushroom soups and I may have found some as good but have never found one I preferred. As this is so easy and cheap to make, this is the one I always do.

Delicious on hot toast, or spread thickly, topped with fried breadcrumbs, on chicken breasts before cooking. You could even stir it into hot pasta.
