Use Delias Leek, Onion and Potatoe Soup recipie and instead of ordinary potatoes use Sweet Potatoes. Also add a chopped garlic clove to the onions etc., when you steam the veg. When you add the veg stock and milk also add half a glass of white wine
Lentil & Vegetable Soup

This soup was an accident but a delicious one. Came about after adding too much salt and adding potatoes to make up for it.
