2. Bacon and Bean pottage

Warm crusty bread.
Ingredients
3 ladles of basic pottage.,100g of smoked lardons (best option for flavour),OR 100g of chopped smoked ham.,3 heaped tablespoons of baked beans.,Salt and pepper
Method
Put the lardons in a large non stick skillet (no oil or fat needed). Fry until cooked through and slightly well done (some lardons slightly browned and crisp).Add the beans and the basic soup and heat through.
Taste and season.
