Red Blackberry Jelly

This jelly is a brilliant red colour and fairly sharp in taste. As it is like Red Currant jelly, is ideal with meats.
Ingredients
Red Blackberries,Water,Sugar
Method
gather the berries when they are bright redCover them with water and boil until tender
Strain through a muslin or jelly bag
allow to drip overnight
Measure the juice and boil rapidly for 10 mins and add sugar in the proportion of 3/4 lb of sugar for every pint of juice and boil until it jells
