Raspberry Jam

setting point see comments on my strawberry jam. ready in one month.



3 kg raspberries,3 kg sugar


put the cleaned raspberries in a pan and cook until the juice begins to run, then simmer until soft.

stir in the sugar and boil rapidly until setting point has been reached.

jar into warmed sterilised jars.
