Ingredients
3lbs Onions (Large Spanish if Possible),Water to Cover,1tsp salt
Method
Coarsely chop the onions, put in a large saucepanAdd salt and cover with water and bring to the boil
Simmer for 15mins, until soft
Drain the onions and blitz ina food processor together with a little of the water
