Mint & Apple chutney

Best with samosa or bhajis



Big handful of mint leaves.,1 medium cooking apple,1 small eating apple (Sweet),1 medium green chilli (Deseeded),1 large onion coarsely chopped,Salt to taste


Peel apples & coarsely chop.
Put everything in the blender and blend.
Add salt to taste.
