Kiwi and Apple Jam

Mums top secrate kiwi and apploe jam



Kiwis between 25 to 30, pealed and mashed

Apples 3 to 4 depending in size, coared and sliced into big chunks

Pineapple juice small glass

4 tbl spoons lemon juice

and about 2 lbs of sugar


Put everything in a big pan and desolve the sugar, stir regularly simmer for anout 40 to 45 mins. take out the apple chunks. and pour into the jam jars using the usual method. decorate the jars to make it look pretty.
