Kays Grannys 5 Minute Raspberry Jam

This is our landlady's Granny's recipe for raspberry jam,Kay is 84 years old so it gives you an idea how old the recipe is. You will not believe just how good it is until you make it. Keep it the fridge as it wont keep for too long, that's



1 lb. Raspberries 1¼ lb Caster Sugar


Mash fruit and sugar together and then boil for not more than 5 minutes. Bottle and enjoy.
