Coriander Relish

Submitted by Top Conker 11 June 2009

This is delicious with kebabs, Indian bhajis, samosas and would you believe smoked salmon.trout. This recipe originated in a book about homemade curries, sorry, have forgotten the title or author.

2 bunches fresh coriander,3 X 15 ml spoons Greek natural yogurt,15 ml fresh lemon juice,5 ml sugar,15 ml groundnut oil,2.5 ml mint sauce,2-3 pinches chilli powder (to taste).,Salt to taste

Strip corriander leaves and small stalks, you're looking to get about 350 ml without pressing them down, and place into electric blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until all is finely chopped.
Place into serving dish and refridgerate for an hour before serving.
