Blackberry and Elderberry Jam

Ingredients

Equal quantities of Blackberries,and Elderberries - without the stalks.,Allow 3/4 lb of Sugar per 1 lb of Berries.

Method

Put the Berries in a pan, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 mins.
Add the sugar, bring to the boil and boil until setting point, approx for 20 mins.
