Blackberry and Apple Jam

setting pint refer to my strawberry jam recipe. ready in one month. for a SEEDLESS jam. Strain the blackberry pulp before mixing with the apple, and use 25 percent less sugar.
Ingredients
2 kg blackberries,750g peeled and cored cooking apples.,300ml water,3 kg sugar
Method
Hull and pick over the blackberries rinse and drain.in your big pan, put your blackberries with half of the water, and simmer until soft.
in a smaller pan place your apples and the remaining water and simmer till soft.

Boil rapidly to setting point.
