Raspberry Jam

A better flavoured Jam, but not such good setting point can be achieved by using 2.5kg of fruit to the same amount of sugar. Boil for 10 mins, stir in the sugar and rapid boil for 2 mins.
Red Blackberry Jelly

Red Onion Chutney
