african peanut stew/aka dodoma

stew as for a goulash 1/1/2-2 hrs in oven 150oc to get meat tender
Ingredients
500gr lean leg of beef diced, chopped fine onion, tomato puree,passata and tin chopped tomatoes 2/3 cloves garlic, teaspoon paprika, black pepper tabs. worcester sauce,sea salt to taste, carrots is liked
3/4 tabs of peanut butter (smooth), rice to accompany and wedges of lemon to sqeeze on and more paprika,harissa,or tabasco
Method
braise meat,onion,carrott/garlic, spices for 5 mins put in casserole adding meat stock cube and mug of water, then tomato paste/tin toms/or passata inoven stir freqeuntly in cooking, season to taste
cook rice 20 mins rinse if water gets cloudy then once boiled turn right down till absorbs water
