Garnish with the chopped parsley.
Ingredients
160g Rice,225g Smoked Haddock,4 eggs Boiled and Shelled,3 spring onions cleaned and Chopped,150ml cream,Salt and Pepper,1 tsp of chopped parsley,1 tbsp milk,
Method
Poach the haddock in the milk. Skin, debone and flake it. Finely chop the eggs. Mix the fish with the eggs, rice, spring onions, cream and season with the salt and pepper. Put the kedgeree in an ovenproof dish. Dot with the butter and cover with foil. Bake in the oven at 180ºC/350F/ gas 4 for 25 minutres.Recipe images are not uploaded yet.
